Do you want to know what makes us tick?
We are a bunch of likable character heads. Technical excellence is fundamental to us, and we can't and don't want to make crap. We don't always agree, but we are always authentic. We work in a value-based way. Here you can find out more about what it's like to work with us:
We believe in the agile manifesto and lean principles, not rigid rules and method dogmatism.
We have a DevOps mindset and take responsibility for the continuous deployment and operation of our applications.
DDD, event sourcing and CQRS are architectural guiding principles we like to use - when it fits.
Crass-functional as we are, we all aim to become full-stack developers (if we are not already). For this, we have dedicated time to learning and educating ourselves. Looking over our colleagues' shoulders is part of our daily routine.
We have a large, well-stocked toolbox of practices, deep methodological knowledge and many years of experience. Only practice makes us perfect.
